Client stories

Notes from teams who brought spend exports, argued about sources, and left with ranked campaigns.

“We walked in with three paid networks all claiming to be the top performer. The review forced us to use one retained-user definition, and two of those networks dropped in the ranking. The readout ran long—we needed a second pass on partner links—but the written map settled our Q4 budget argument.”

“Our organic installs looked “free” until we priced support load. The workshop’s comparison sheet is still pinned in our planning channel.”

Consultation: Source Comparison Workshop

“Helpful, though I wish we had brought cleaner event exports. Even so, we finally stopped arguing about duplicate installs between two consoles.”

Consultation: Attribution Clarity Session

“Each quarter we get a short tilt recommendation instead of a thick deck. Last review caught that our referral partners outperformed a mid-tier paid source we were about to increase.”

Campaign ROI Review

Retail app, Bangkok

A mid-size retail app running festive campaigns asked for a Campaign ROI Review before locking January spend. Spend exports covered 75 days across four paid sources and one partner program. We regrouped campaigns by intent, compared cash cost against day-7 retention, and flagged two creative sets that raised installs while lowering return. The team cut those sets, kept the partner program, and reopened a paused organic content push. Mild reservation from their side: they wanted same-week creative rewrites, which sat outside the review scope—we pointed them to their agency for production and kept the engagement on measurement and ranking.
