Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Systemmeshline (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through systemmeshline.digital and during UX friction detection engagements, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit via forms or email—name, email, message content, and service interest.
  • Engagement materials you share for analysis (event extracts, access notes, product context)—used only to deliver the agreed work.
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, if optional analytics cookies are accepted.

How we use information

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, improve our site when analytics are enabled, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We may share data with processors who host email or infrastructure on our behalf, or when required by law. Client analytics extracts remain confidential and are not used as marketing case studies without written consent.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Engagement files follow the retention period in the statement of work, then are deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@systemmeshline.digital. Cookie preferences can be managed as described in our cookie policy.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive credentials through the contact form.
