Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid consultations offered by Systemmeshline Co., Ltd., including Campaign ROI Reviews, Source Comparison Workshops, Attribution Clarity Sessions, and Quarterly Spend Reviews. It does not cover physical products, software licenses, or media buying—services we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement, when a documented scope cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to us, or when you cancel within the timeframes below. Fees already earned for completed work stages are non-refundable.

Timeframe

  • Full refund of deposits if you cancel at least 7 business days before a scheduled workshop or session start date.
  • 50% refund of deposits if you cancel between 3 and 6 business days before the start date.
  • No deposit refund within 2 business days of the start date, except where we agree a free reschedule.

Work already started

For multi-day Campaign ROI Reviews, once intake analysis has begun, refunds are limited to unused remaining stages. Completed regrouping or written map stages remain chargeable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party meeting room fees booked at your request, rush premiums already consumed, and completed live readouts are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & no-shows

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 3 business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a 2,000 THB administrative fee. No-shows for booked sessions forfeit that session’s fee.

Deposits

Engagements longer than one week may require a deposit stated in the estimate. Deposits secure calendar time and offset early analysis hours.

Refund process & method

Email hello@systemmeshline.digital with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay.
